Z-VIEW: Suggested here eighteen months ago, NASCAR might take over its website from Turner. Well, come 2013 it will do just that. Although Turner editorial staff did offer some 'objectivity' from time-to-time forget it now, NASCAR will control all content, unfortunately.

Fines are typically meant to discourage future behavior; NASCAR's use is retaliatory, and deliberate for 'brand protection'.
