Z-VIEW: Yep, 'NASCAR Wives', funded by NASCAR for TLC (a Discovery channel), was green lighted by Jay Abraham NASCAR Media COO. Abraham, who fancies himself the Spielberg of motorsports blames 'creative difference'. No, it was bad idea. TLC did fans big favor by pulling plug.

Z-VIEW: Great idea, nurture next generation short course off road racers. Off-Road regaining luster of years past. TORC, a competing series, reintroduced last year is now a USAC managed division. All in all Off-Road is growing - attendance is good, TV ratings healthy.
