Monday, June 7th, 2010 09:52 AM EDT
Z-VIEW: Second straight year NASCAR ratings hit record low on FOX, lowest rated season ever on FOX. Coca Cola 600 lowest ratings in 10 years. What to do? Start by dumping self-serving, driver pandering, back-in-the-day, NASCAR water-carrying, 'booth bumpkins'. Clean Slate.

Z-VIEW: In its 15-year history Series has lost money in each, and the reason for Tony George's ouster by his sisters. TV ratings down for the 500, and it's not the cash cow of past outings, but it's still quite profitable for the Hulman-George empire.

Friday, June 4th, 2010 10:39 AM EDT
Z-VIEW: Arrested man apparently raced in a regional series some 30-years ago, so, to make a local 'blotter' story take on International importance, AP absurdly tagged him a 'NASCAR driver'. Sensationalism for profit or to sully the sport? Racing media as duplicitous for covering [it].

Thursday, June 3rd, 2010 10:32 AM EDT
Z-VIEW: Economy? Performance? Nope. Over confident. Many suggest sponsorship price was too high. Rather than take less, and still have to fund the No. 56 truck team 'out of pocket', as Busch admitted was the case, better to shut it down to minimize 'personal' financial load.
