Z-VIEW: Officials probably cringed a bit when N.C. Governor proclaimed NASCAR as No. 1 spectator sport, (NFL is), but that blooper aside the opening ceremony was a success. The 'Hall' is welcoming, exhibits accessible, and the fan experience educational, as well as entertaining. Congrats Charlotte!
