SWEET MOTHER! Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Three winners will be selected from all eligible entrants to receive one of three rewards (1). One-day of Consulting services from a motorsports marketing firm (2). A Dale Carnegie Speakers Course anywhere in the U.S.A that Dale Carnegie has a learning center (Transportation/Lodging not included). (3). A Team/Individual Logo and Website design, and a full year of website hosting. Once the three winners have been randomly selected, a second random drawing will determine which of the before mentioned awards will be granted to each winner. 

Term: Entries must be received no later than 5:00 pm EST on February 14, 2009.

Sponsor and Drawing: Yabutz is the sponsor of this promotion ("CONTEST”). Location, date and time of drawings. Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach Fla. February 15, 2009, 10PM EST.

Eligibility: Participation is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (or, a country of entrants legal origin), who are over or at the minimum mandated age of the Series the entrant races and/or participates in as a licensed member of the Series’ raced, regardless, entrants under 18 years of age must have written consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion or accept the rewards associated with the contest. Employees, officers, and directors of the member companies of Yabutz, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their households, are not eligible to participate. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply, as do any such laws that may apply within the country of legal origin. Proof of residence, legal age (or guardian consent), are necessary to redeem any or all awards.

How to Enter: If eligible, you enter by completing a sign-up form located at yabutz.com/happeningz and clicking the sign-up button. ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE DRAWING. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. Yabutz is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete and illegible e-mails, or for any computer-related, online, telephonic, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, forged, mechanically reproduced or obtained through fraud or theft.

By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that all decisions of Yabutz are final. If you are entering on behalf of your employer, team owner, sponsor, race series these rules are binding on you, individually, and the entities mentioned.

Privacy: Yabutz will be collecting personal data about participants when they register. Yabutz will share this data in accordance with its privacy policy, however, in addition to, Yabutz may use and share your personal data with third parties in order to fulfill its obligation to administer and sponsor this Contest.

Prize: Winners are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation to and from any activity associated with this promotion, and any award granted thereof.

Winner Selection: The potential winners will be notified by email. The odds of winning depend on how many entries Yabutz receives. Winning entries may be subject to verification prior to award of prize. Yabutz and its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the potential winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Official Rules, or is ineligible, Yabutz may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. If award or award notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and Yabutz may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries.

Promotional activities: Winners maybe asked to participate in post-contest promotional activities, which a winner may decline to participate in. However, a winners image (picture or video) and name can be used by Yabutz, its partners and those entities directly associated with the “Contest”, without compensation or consideration of any form to the winner.

Right to Cancel: Yabutz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Contest at any time.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties: IN NO EVENT WILL YABUTZ OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE YABUTZ.COM OR FOR ANY ACTION OR OMISSION MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST. Governing Law. This Contest is governed by the laws of Connecticut without regard to the conflict of laws provision.
